JET J-8201K bandsaw
The JET J-8201 K is a fantastic band saw for a good price. The construction is solid from the base all the way up. Blade setup, alignment, and replacement is extremely easy. Speed is adjusted on the back by moving the belt between different pulley wheels. Belt tension is achieved through the weight of the motor which also makes said adjustment very easy.
Extra blades can be stored in the base and they are pretty inexpensive compared to some other models. This comes in handy if you happen to switch between metal, wood, and plastics and use a general blade or want to swap out regularly.
