Cleaning Tips: How to Naturally Deep Clean Your Carpet
‘How do I get the horrifying stain out of my precious carpet?’ a question you find asking yourself, especially when you have kids, pets, and clumsy friends around. While carpet cleaning services are the best and quick solution to water damage, keeping carpets odorless and stain free is a costly challenge, particularly in highly-polluted areas.
Chemical-filled, commercial carpet cleaners can sometimes be too strong for sensitive skins, especially if you have gotten used to store-bought organic products. While commercial carpet cleaners can possibly damage or discolor your upholstery, organic products are pretty expensive.

Home Vinegar is the Most Affluent Cleaner
White vinegar is an affordable secret weapon that you must stock in your pantry. White vinegar is a great deodorizer and safe on most fabrics and salt is a great stain binder.
Baking Soda and Essential Oils
Baking soda or club soda works as a great cleanser when it is sprinkled on the carpet. The soda is a perfect solution for blood and wine stains. Prepare a mixture out of a cup of baking soda and 10 – 15 drops of any essential oil. Apply the mixture on the stains generously and let it rest for half an hour or longer for harder stains. You can either vacuum the area or use a towel or dry cloth to blot the surface until the stain comes off.
If you have pets, add a ½ cup of borax to keep the fleas away.
Make sure you use baking soda combination on a dry and sunny day. Otherwise, baking soda will pick up moisture and make the work messy.
